Located at a very convient location which is close to MRT station, the shopping malls of Raffle City and Marina are in walking distance

Good location but the hotel is rather old.

The location and cleanliness is superb. Easy access to public transport systems. But the hotel is rather old and the room size is rather small. The air-con system needs servicing. The staffs are fast and experienced but lack of friendliness. Breakfast buffet is norm and rather disappointing. Room charges are too expensive, no free drinks on minibar (even a bottle of water is chargeable).

Peninsula Excelsior is two separate towers. We stayed at the Excelsior. This hotel is very comfortable, clean and staff are very friendly. They are willing to do almost everything for you. Numerous malls surrounding the hotel and taxis/buses are accessible. Major tourist spots in Singapore are only a few minutes away.

I'm not happy about stayed this hotel
The carpet inside the room is old and smell like mildews

We stayed at the Peninsula Excelsior for 2 nights and I'm disappointed at the level of participation and the quality of the hotel ... I believe that this hotel is probably the 3 Starts rating instead of 4. The bad things: too small, bathroom/bathtub is very hard to move around and the carpet in the room is too old smelling like mildews. In the future if I visit Singapore and this is a hotel that I would not go back, and I had absolutely no hesitation to tell all my friends about this hotel.

It was a good experience overall with just one drawback which was the hairdryer that stopped working on the 1st night and staff forgot to have it repaired until after we had reminded them for the 3rd time.
