nice design - great A/C
design, comfortable bed, location

The design of this hotel is quite nice - the room is small and windowless, but...actually that's a good thing in Phi Phi, given how hot it is. It's like going into a cool, cozy bunker to relax and retreat after being out in the beautiful sun and sea all day.

this hotel was in a great location if you're heading to phi phi to hit the beach or party. the room is very small and you need to provide your own soap and shampoo. but it was clean and i'm assuming nicer than alot of the hotels in the area. staff was nice and helpful.

I could not fault orange tree we had 2 separate rooms booked here for friends, the staff were amazing and so friendly. The room was always clean and they even gave us beach towels to use. The location is perfect right by the beach resteraunts and hotels.

Right in the middle of the action

I thought Orange Tree Hotel was a good budget option for Koh Phi Phi. It's a small room, but it's clean and has a good locations (if you want to be right in the middle of the actions). Since it s right next to all of the bars, it is loud at night, so keep that in mind. It's easily waliking distance to the beach and to anything else you'd want to do on the island. I would stay there again.

Small room, not a comfortable place

I did not liked this hotel. The room was small and no windows, it felt like in a bunker. The room was very small and no descent place for storage our clothes. The AC was working but the airflow was not stable, sometimes hard, sometimes none. The AC outlet directed toward the bed, not a pleasant feeling during the night.

it was really good. I would recommned to it to ppl between 18-30. Not for travelers with kids.
very noisy though, since the biggest bars are just outside. but at 2 at night everything quiets down. 2 bottles of water everydaycomplimentary and 2 clean towels each day. i would def go back to this hotel if i visit Phi pHi again.

you get what you see in the photos. hotel is located right in the centre of phi phi island town, so it can be noisy in ghe evenings. small rooms, but well kept and cleaned. if you are staying for longer period of time, you may look for alternative room away from clubs and bars. for 1-2 night stay it was perfect.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Long Beach was 30 min walk, but it was worth going there!

Great location, affordable accommodation

This hotel is right in the middle of the city. You can easily reach both beaches, the pier, the viewpoint. There are nice bars and restaurants just around the corner, trip organizers and diving tour organizers are very close too. I recommend it to everyone.
