Loved it here, very relaxed vibe, food was a bit pricey but our room was lovely and well maintained. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Value for money. You can stay for a month for $800baht. I highly recommend this place. Short stroll to the beach. Rooms are large and well kept

Nice Staffs and operation Gorgeous fine restaurant

I been here just a day for my business. I would love to continue there but they are fully booked. I love the restaurant served fine thai food with the crowded view of people who walk along the street. The room was very comfortable, neat and beautiful decoration. Once they got problem with the water but they were trying so hard to fix this out and every was fine then. I love their operation. The staffs are good and humble. Recommend for the Lana Bar - there are many cocktails to taste - Gorgeous!

Nice stay. Small room.
Good location in Karon. Nice restaurant and bar.

Economy room was small but that is to be expected. Located at the end of Kaorns main area,opposite the temple where Kaorn market is held. Taxi didn't know where the hotel was and it was hard to find initially. Restaurant downstairs is very good.

Nice hotel location but don't expect anything else
near to beach, in market, good location for travel around.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. it is on good location, but they do not have housekeeping guy. It is basically a restaurant, operating the upstairs room as hotel. Don't expect anything from them. Even they don't know how to use the locker.
Owner is not residing there. I never met. Girl at the front is nice but hard to understand the language. Very tiny room like a jail cell.
Put some extra money and go to somewhere else. Don't go to this hotel. I never recommend.

Hotel not what we expected, Nice helpful staff

Our stay did not start off very well. Hotel is situated on a busy road. Very noisy especially at night. They had problems with the plumbing and we had no water for initially for two days then one more day later in the week Another day the electric went out, but it was only in our room, so try and avoid the top floor, corner room. I think that must have been the worst room. We had to climb 6 flights of stairs as there is no lift and that is no joke with suitcases. We complained but only managed to change room on the 4th day. The room was better, and we had water, but very noisy as it was right over the road and windows not double glazed. The beach is about 10/15mins walk away.
The restaurant however was excellent! Food was the best we had eaten and it was always full of diners. The manager and staff did try their best to make things right for us and we were very honest with him that we would give an honest review of the hotel and restaurant.
We would probably not stay at this hotel again, however, we would definitely eat in the restaurant.

not a bad deal!
decent location, Karon is less wild and crazy than patong, which is nice. when the restaurant closes at night, you need your key card to open a side door to get in. I kind of liked that actually. Felt homey.

Little hard to find if you dont know it. its near a temple, market and on a curve in the roadacross from a 3story green building that is very noticeable.
